Materials shared through the platform in connection with an engagement are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with your engagement agreement and any applicable non-disclosure agreements.

The site, the VaraOS platform, and all related content, trademarks (including CaaS™ and VaraOS™), and software are the property of Vara Capital LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

The site and platform are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vara Capital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
